Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zentip browser extension, website, documentation, and related services (together, “Zentip”).

Zentip is operated from Cyprus by Neophytos Gregoriou under the name Zentip. You can contact the operator at support@zentip.org.

By installing or using the Zentip extension, or by purchasing a Zentip subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you use Zentip for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase or use Zentip.

You may use Zentip only with Zendesk accounts and data that you are authorized to access. If you use Zentip through your employment or another organization, you are also responsible for following that organization’s policies.

What Zentip provides

Zentip is a companion browser extension for Zendesk users. Its features include monitoring selected Zendesk activity, showing browser or operating-system notifications, viewing ticket information, and optionally sending selected notification information to webhook destinations that you configure.

Zentip depends on services and software outside the operator’s control, including your browser, Zendesk, ExtensionPay, Stripe, operating-system notification services, and any webhook provider you select. Changes or outages affecting those services may affect Zentip.

Zentip is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Zendesk, Google, Microsoft, ExtensionPay, Stripe, or any webhook provider.

Your subscription contract is with Neophytos Gregoriou, trading as Zentip. Google and the Chrome Web Store are not the seller and do not provide the subscription, support, cancellation, or refund service.

Your license

While you have an active trial or subscription, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zentip in accordance with these Terms.

Each subscription is assigned to one natural-person user. That user may activate Zentip across browsers and devices they personally use where supported. You must not:

  • Share paid access, account access, sign-in links, or subscription credentials with another person
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer access to Zentip
  • Circumvent payment, trial, subscription, access, or technical restrictions
  • Use Zentip to access Zendesk accounts, tickets, or information without authorization
  • Use Zentip unlawfully or to harm, disrupt, probe, or interfere with Zentip or third-party services

An organization purchasing Zentip for multiple people must obtain a separate subscription for each user unless the operator agrees otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your browser, device, email account, Zendesk session, and subscription access secure
  • Confirming that Zentip is permitted by your employer or organization
  • Selecting appropriate Zendesk views and notification settings
  • Reviewing ticket information before acting on it
  • Complying with Zendesk’s terms and any laws or policies that apply to the ticket information you access

Zentip uses the access available through your active Zendesk browser session. If you sign out of Zendesk or lose access, Zentip will also lose that access.

Webhooks

Webhook integration is optional. If you enable it, you choose the destination and the information that Zentip sends there.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You are authorized to send the selected ticket information to that destination
  • The webhook URL and destination are secure
  • Your use complies with workplace policies, confidentiality obligations, and data-protection requirements
  • The destination provider’s access, retention, and privacy settings are appropriate

Do not share webhook URLs or treat them as public links.

Trials and subscriptions

Zentip may offer a free trial. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may be limited, and attempts to create repeated or abusive trials are prohibited.

Paid access is offered through monthly and annual subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable interval until cancelled.

ExtensionPay manages subscription access and Stripe processes payments. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply to their services.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. If a payment fails or a subscription expires, paid access may be restricted or suspended.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the ExtensionPay subscription-management page. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally end access immediately. Unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds and withdrawal requests are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Updates and changes

Zentip may add, modify, or remove features for valid reasons such as improving the product, maintaining security, responding to third-party changes, or complying with law. The operator will not intentionally reduce essential paid functionality during an active billing period without a valid reason.

These Terms may be updated when Zentip, its business model, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will apply prospectively, and reasonable notice will be provided through the website, extension, or email when appropriate.

Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, account sharing, unlawful or unauthorized use, abuse, security threats, or a material breach of these Terms.

If Zentip permanently discontinues paid access without cause before the end of your billing period, the operator will provide a proportionate refund for the unused paid period unless equivalent continued access or another appropriate remedy is provided.

You may stop using and uninstall Zentip at any time. Uninstalling the extension does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

Intellectual property

Zentip, its software, website, documentation, design, and branding are owned by the operator or used under applicable licenses. These Terms grant permission to use Zentip; they do not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

Zendesk and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and warranties

The operator aims to keep Zentip reliable, but uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation cannot be guaranteed. Notifications can be delayed or missed because of browser state, operating-system settings, network conditions, Zendesk changes, third-party outages, or configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentip is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Zentip is a notification and workflow aid. You remain responsible for monitoring your work, reviewing ticket information, meeting deadlines, and making decisions. The operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized use, your configuration, a failure to maintain an active Zendesk session, or third-party services outside the operator’s reasonable control.

For business users only, and to the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data. The operator’s total liability arising from Zentip will not exceed the subscription fees paid by the affected business user during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The business-user limitations above do not limit mandatory rights available to consumers.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Zentip, make a payment, or contact support.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Please contact support@zentip.org first so there is an opportunity to resolve any concern directly.
