Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a Zentip subscription and when a refund is available. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Free trial
Zentip may offer a free trial before payment is required. A payment card is not required to begin the current trial.
If you do not purchase a subscription after the trial, paid access ends automatically and you will not be charged.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel at any time through the ExtensionPay subscription-management page.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless you receive a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Uninstalling Zentip, changing browsers, signing out of Zendesk, or no longer using the extension does not automatically cancel a subscription.
First-payment refund
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days after the purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.
This applies to the initial payment for either a monthly or annual subscription. It does not automatically apply to later renewal payments, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
After a full refund, paid access may end immediately.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Please contact support promptly if:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription period
- The amount charged differs from the amount shown when you purchased
- You believe a charge was unauthorized
Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded. For suspected unauthorized use, you should also secure the relevant email and payment accounts and contact your payment provider when appropriate.
Technical problems
If Zentip is materially defective or paid functionality is unavailable, contact support with a description of the problem. The operator may first try to diagnose or correct it.
When the problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, an appropriate remedy may include extending access, a price reduction, or a full or proportionate refund. This does not limit any mandatory legal rights.
Renewal payments and partial periods
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
After the initial 14-day first-payment period, refunds are not normally provided merely because you forgot to cancel, stopped using Zentip, uninstalled the extension, or no longer need the service. Partial billing periods are not normally refunded or prorated.
Exceptions will be made where required by law and may be made for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, material defects, or other exceptional circumstances.
How to request a refund or withdraw
Email support@zentip.org from the email address associated with the subscription. Include:
- Your name
- The subscription email address
- The payment date
- Whether the subscription is monthly or annual
- A brief description if the request concerns a billing or technical problem
Do not send a full card number, password, Zendesk ticket content, or other sensitive credentials.
For a withdrawal within the first 14 days, you may simply write:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my Zentip subscription purchased on [date]. The subscription email address is [email].
The operator may request limited additional information needed to locate and verify the payment.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method through the applicable payment provider. A valid 14-day withdrawal refund will be submitted without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the request is received.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund after it has been submitted.
Statutory rights
This policy provides contractual refund rights in addition to rights that may apply under consumer law. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
